Edifica \u2013 NZEB Brasil, conforme Projeto T\u00e9cnico, para atender a demanda do TCT- Termo de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica, assinado entre Eletrobr\u00e1s, UFPEL e
